Overall, I really love being with Enshored. I have been here since 2019 and it's my first BPO job. This company exceeded my expectations as they really value their people and make sure that all efforts are being recognized.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is how Enshored takes care of its people. Been with the company for 3yrs, I remembered applying before because of how people-oriented the culture is, and it still is up to date.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While I understand that internal step-ups or promotions usually get lower compensation per the industry's trend. I do believe that Enshored's salary alignment must be within it too specially when the role entails a huge number of workload.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leaders are always one call away. They make sure to provide me with the best support I need, even for complex issues. They also give me feedback on my performance, and strive to make me the better version of myself
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Honestly, Enshored is very much generous with the benefits. They provide us with our needs, but it would be much better if we had a salary alignment. Given the current economic situation, living with my current paycheck is hard because of the inflation.
