Company is stable and that was very much appreciated during Covid. But I think it's definitely stuck in it's legacy ways instead of being the innovator, both in product and culture, that it could be.

Management consistently doesn't listen to complaints of customers, if they aren't the largest customers. They think it's a messaging problem when clearly it's a product, back-end, or support problem (like not enough resources).

Communicating company goals, other than revenue, no one has any idea what Vertafore's goals are for this year or long-term. If hiring low-level/junior employees is the strategy, please give managers more budget and tools to train them for their specific job.
