I think HubSpot is under paying me and my colleagues. I know that in comparison with other tech companies in Boston, HubSpot is under paying its employees. I love my work and HubSpot, but compensation will ultimately be the reason I leave HubSpot.
To be paid for the work that I do. I make 20-30K less than the folks who have recently joined our team. It is hard to feel valued when the market is so competitive that we are (rightly so) paying the new folks fairly, but not prioritizing or fixing the incorrect salaries of our tenued team members
