I'm coming up on my 2 years soon. It's been a good ride for sure however I do feel like the monotony is catching up with me a bit. I would love to transition to a more engineering or technically focused role however there is a bit of a barrier of entry that I'm not 100% that I can overcome.

Admittedly there's an engrained feedback loop that comes with working in support, so positive feedback and knowing you're helping customers leverage the platform always feels good.

In terms of market value comparatively to other support positions, Klaviyo pays fairly well. However, I believe we're asked to do more and provide a higher level of support than many of these companies we draw comparisons to. All in all, if you want the best you have to pay for the best.
