The transparency! They share with all employees the company's plans, rationales, and challenges, and they also share out personal tidbits about themselves to help us relate to them (e.g. they did the StrengthsFinder assessment recently and shared out their results).

They're very transparent and personable - they share tidbits from their personal lives without overdoing it, and show genuine enthusiasm for folks' success. They're also great about soliciting questions and feedback, and then responding to those questions and feedback directly and openly.

My colleagues are so friendly. I also like knowing that since folks at every level of HubSpot are kind, empathetic people, we're having a positive impact on customers, partners, employees, and all those people's families and networks. Treating people well makes a difference.
