ZoomInfo: I've only been here a few months but I am tired. No one has asked me about professional development. I stay because the compensation is excellent. My teammates are great. The culture needs improvement. We need an executive culture person who comes in from the outside and makes changes.

Sitecore: At this point in time (mind we are in the midst of a pandemic) I have been very let down by some of the company (c level) choices and the way those are being communicated. I feel there is a lot of politics going on behind the curtains. Company values are just a prettymirage if you really look at it

Meltwater: The amount of work and the amount of time in a day do not align. Teams are understaffed which results in turnover due to not enough help from managers or enough time to ramp up.
Peloton: It's an incredible opportunity to work on products that really change peoples lives. I've worked at a few cool companies, and nothing compares to how excited about the brand our customers are.
