ZoomInfo: I've really enjoyed working on my team and in my department, but I've heard some very negative things about other departments (primarily from former employees), and that gives me pause before recommending ZoomInfo to external colleagues.
Nu Skin Enterprises: It's good, however, I have some concerns re: Covid - no soap in the breakroom in PA for handwashing, and 16 people per table, NO WAY to socially distance. When everyone shows up, we are elbow-to-elbow.

RingCentral: RingCentral is great! There are some growing pains with how fast paced the expansion is, but overall, this is a great place to work.
Medallia: It's a good company. There have been some mistakes, removing teams to add them back. Hiring the "delivery" skill set over the technical was a bad idea etc. We definitely still go through growing pains. Feels like we only hire people when everyone is working 60+ hours weeks and no sooner...

ZoomInfo: The training is intense and fast-paced and things are skipped and rushed where more time should be devoted as the lack of knowledge comes up later. The day-to-day basic workflow of the position could have been covered better.

We are packed with rock stars, but I quickly learned that they thought I was a rock star, too! We all contribute and celebrate our success, and are proud of what we can achieve.
Medallia: There are so many bright and kind people at Medallia that it's easy to show up to work everyday. Leaders are experienced and capable which yields confidence through the ranks. It's a size where there are solid perks but it's not too big to know what's going on overall.
