the company culture is good- caring, warm and understanding in general though the leadership of the retiring GM ran the company like China-man company for past 2 years.

the company is a good workplace to learn and grow. however, the company culture is not as strong as previous years. besides, the digital strategy seems overpromise and under- deliver as there are still manual works at the back end. the most disappointing tool that needs to revamp is the website
