Gender pay gaps exist at Nu Skin and are not being addressed. Fair pay will always outweigh perks. There has been little invested into making work from home easier. Apart from bonuses little is given to employees when the company is doing better, budgets just continue to be cut.

Better health insurance. UMR doesn't provide the best coverage in any respects. SelectHealth - especially here in Utah - would be preferred.

Our culture is one of the strongest aspects of our company. We try very hard to live the mission of empowering people to improve lives. Also, the company cares about the individual beyond work hours.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There does not seem to be much mobility or growth potential. If you want to progress it feels like you have to leave after a few years or get stuck in the same place for 10-15 years before you can see any progression.
