Focus on max 3 priorities and stick to it - Don't shift all the time in function of the share price or the shareholders' pressure, this gives the impression we are in a boat with an unexperienced captain

I don't feel my compensation is at market value, and I know a few others who applied and compared their job to ours but get little pay. I feel appreciated for the work I do, but I feel like I am underpaid compared to other competitors which is the biggest factor why people move to a different place.

Based on other companies, my current position will have at least a minimum of P 50,000.00 starting rate, but I only have P 47,000.00 as starting rate for my new position.

Nu Skin has always felt like an organization that's committed to making money and the success that brings. However, it's more than that with a higher purpose of treating people with respect and being good in the world. However, that feeling seems to be eroding and the culture changing.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
lack of consistency at global scale, things are allowed in the US (promotion, salary increase, etc) and aren't in other regions of the globe. Executives are mostly men, all from the US. We are more an American company with an international scope than truly global company

Social politics is starting to become common in the work culture and it seems to starting at the executive level.

Too many barriers to do the work, people doubting the capacity in the markets to deliver results, and also processes that create bureaucracy to solve issues and problems.

It's become apparent to me that my team is somewhat bottlenecked. Decisions become stagnat as senior leadership has to be involved in every single approval despite someone else being the project lead.... Having clear decision making processes will greatly expediate systems and projects
