What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Take care of the employees. We are overworked with no relief because of the headcount freeze. No benefits from the company. COMMUNICATION is very poor these days. Everyone is doing their own project trying to achieve it without thinking of impact to the employees.

I feel undervalued coz they did not pay me base on my job level. I feel better if they adjust my compensation base on salary range/job level and years of service you handle the position.

Seeing large misses to sales goals on a regular basis is deeply concerning, especially after the round of layoffs last year. It signals there are larger problems that need to be addressed.
