What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Realize and recognize the high volume of work and long hours being put into work which has all been done without additional compensation. Be clear in company objectives so we can align and support.

We are constantly pivoting project positioning at the whim of our executives. As subordinates, it has been made clear that questions about the purpose of these changes will NOT be entertained. We are to get on board, period.

Wages have not risen with inflation and Utah underpays to the national average.

I am doing the work of two roles since one position was eliminated and I assumed the work load. No additional compensation was given. That said, I am happy to help the team and work hard, it would just be good to be compensated fairly.

Upper mgmt doesn't seem to understand what it takes to do our job. We're bombarded with "priority" jobs that we're expected to get out, when they're a priority because someone in mgmt didn't do their job. We always get it done, but they don't get how much stress & pressure it puts on our entire dept

Nu Skin used to be the best place to work not because of compensation but they did well with benefits not any more a lot of companies are doing better. Nu Skin no longer has perks.

Performing work they're expected to do and not rely on management to step in and do it on their behalf and being proactive and creative.

China PD's attitude needs improvements. Generally speaking, lots of colleagues feel suffered to work together with them.

Accountability. Those who don't perform continue to fly under the radar, and those that are performing their feet are held to the fire. There is an attitude of if I don't do it, someone else will. I feel like I have to prod, and babysit multiple groups to make sure it happens.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The team will be working on the agreed upon positioning of the project, when suddenly the executives have decided that they don't like this or they want it to be something different. Then we (without the ability to ask questions) MUST align.

I don't really like my job. If I were in a different position, I would feel differently. I like the people I work with. I feel like the stressors are typical for any company. But I wish I could be working in a different field. Makes it hard to be motivated.

For that very reason, we must report problems as we working together, the situation will be faced more efficiently and finding solutions and alternatives will be easier. Don't point the finger to a specific person when there are mistakes, try to encourage instead of spreading negativity.
