What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listen to the people actually turning the wrenches and base decisions off of that rather than perception or made up promises. Determine company goals and stick to them for more than one year. Value employees over shareholders.

Execution! Following their own "Nu Skin Ways". Being less reactive. Giving teams the autonomy to do their jobs instead of making decisions that go against the team and research.

The leadership team just seems to care about money and penny pinching. They don't seem to care about people. This is a big change from how Nu Skin used to be. It's very negative and fear based as opposed to what it used to be.

The health insurance plans are subpar and feels it's assumed you have no medical issues at all when you try to find the best options. The pay raise structure is also not that great.

A lot of my coworkers got laid off. There have been a huge amount of lay offs in the last 4 years.

In my department , there are only 3 staff. The line manager, his daughter and my self. The line manager is a high tech bully. There is no Nu Skin way, but all his and his daughters way. They will back each other and turn everything as per their interest. Employee turn over is high in this dept.

We need a positive environment instead of everything being fear driven. Everyone is afraid to make a decision and scared to say what they think for fear of repercussions. People who say what they think get laid off. It's a very negative environment. They don't care about people anymore.

There is a big disconnect between leadership teams and the reality of the customer experience. They refuse to listen and correct only when they go to live events and hear face-to-face from customers.
