My salary is low that the Utah average for this role. Also is super super low compared with other states that will allow me to work remotely with bigger salaries.

I think that there is a salary gap between men & women, it will be great to ensure that the company is analyzing that and is transparent with their findings. My salary is above average for my role and responsibilities.
