I like and appreciate all the compensation and benefits that we currently have. Although I'm hoping that in the next coming years, we can have a higher HMO coverage and the opportunity to invest in stocks. But what I love most about Nu Skin benefits is the Product Allocation.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After 3 years of working remotely we were told that we can only work effectively in the office. Slowly we are being replaced with contractors and remote workers.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leadership needs to be overhauled. Compensation is below industry average. Perks have been cut. Remote work has been taken away, that is a mistake. Leadership says one thing and does the opposite, there is little trust if any, disregard date. Value your employees and listen to them.

when co-workers reverse discriminate and the HR manager, who knows you're on leave to take care of your dying father decides to call you up for a 45 min conversation about how you didn't do anything wrong but you still shouldn't post on social media and you think you won't have a job or a dad soon
