It started out extremely positive, but with constant change in mid to upper management it is unstable. The company is looking to increase profits by moving as much as possible to cheaper contractors and offshore workers. The clock seems to be ticking until no local workers are wanted

Acceptance of all in a local society that can be very judging
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After 3 years of working remotely we were told that we can only work effectively in the office. Slowly we are being replaced with contractors and remote workers.
