Long term career with several position changes. It used to be amazing when the founders were involved. The new CEO and board do not value employees nearly as much and layoff are now a quarterly occurrence.

Nu Skin is notorious for paying lower than comparable jobs at other companies/industries.

When I have the opportunity to engage in a project I understand and feel I can make a difference with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Business is conducted in a civil, polite, professional way. Nu Skin culture is typically very forgiving. Typically, everyone is friendly, even if we don't work together.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listen to the people actually turning the wrenches and base decisions off of that rather than perception or made up promises. Determine company goals and stick to them for more than one year. Value employees over shareholders.
