Good at knee jerk reactions, creating hollow mantras, pretending to use data. The best way to describe Nu Skin is a culture of chaos. Initiatives are poorly planned and often execution plans are missing completely, forcing a couple teams to turn lead into gold last minute. Not "customer obsessed".

There is a big disconnect between leadership teams and the reality of the customer experience. They refuse to listen and correct only when they go to live events and hear face-to-face from customers.
