There is a lot to learn in the first year, but you have people who support you and a lot of training & knowledge resources. Most will be challenged, but once you hit your stride, you will continue to be challenged, but you will have the tools to meet them (or the SME to pull in & help!).

Helping my customers and my teammates solve a problem or use-case. Whether that is with a software solution, a best practice process, or just leaning-in with an extra helping hand.

Pay is very good & benefits extensive, but with reasonable premiums & many options. Leadership monitors excessive hours to avoid burnout (work-life balance in action!) & we get quarterly mental health days & an Open PTO policy.

We have defined & published Core Values and a culture statement. We care deeply about the quality of the product & services we provide, as well as our relationships with our teammates. We work to carve out time for team-building & fun.

Our PS team is a family. People who actually care about your well-being & will lean-in & support you during any challenge (work or home). As if that wasn't enough, they are brilliant AND fun. I can't say enough about my team.

The Leadership at Medallia walks the walk of Employee Experience. They communicate openly & regularly & ask for our feedback. They have worked each year to increase our benefits, but have kept costs down. They implement suggestions such as a Q'ly mental health holiday & no-meeting Fridays! <3

Cosa ti piace di più del team di leadership?

Medallia is among the few who don't just talk about the need for world change, we take action. It starts with our leaders & they have been a shining example of humanity during the COVID-19 pandemic, & in the aftermath of Mr. Floyd's murder. Leadership is also transparent & truly cares about us.
