RingCentral: Overall, very positive. I feel my future is secure if I continue to make positive contributions. I feel the company is likely to continue to be successful. The delivery of swag from my ERG, as well as the teams I work for was a lovely surprise. My manager is GREAT.

I've seen and been at companies that send birthday cards or even gift cards to their employee for their birthdays. This company is only interested in higher ups. Enforcing mask wearing is a joke

RingCentral: ringcentral is a great company that has experienced exponential growth in 2020. We're trying to catchup and I know leadership is doing their best to bring in new talent to help with balancing workload for all employees.
RingCentral: really impressed by RC since day one. Benevolence is a key asset of the company. A lot to build for the future but people are motivated to make it happen
Emser Tile: Overall positive but top to bottom communication with Emser has always been a problem. Price, freight, product changes are done often with last minute communication to reps.
RingCentral: Joining a new role during a pandemic is very challenging but RC and my team made is easier and very supportive. I am happy to start work everyday

RingCentral: I have had a good experience so far. I do feel burned out at times, it is hard to know if that is from the pandemic, or just extremely tight deadlines. I have a great team, but wish there was an "onboarding buddy" program or a way to opt-in to a mentor program.
RingCentral: Without having a physical presence, communication has been challenging and keeping track of individual tasks is problematic, especially for complex projects and large teams. Blurred line between Personal & Professional Life, and Communication & Coordination Challenges.

Chegg: Only after 3.7 years I have now realised that my manager would not let me grow. He would make me count my mistake at apprisal meeting only to let me not counter him. He is biased. Denied me team report stating HR policy, while it was not true. Senior managers somewhere know the reality.
