Columbia Bank: Best place that I have worked at over my 38 year career - all of which were hard to beat.
Oakley: It's a great company to work for if you have passion for the product and want to create an experience for the customer.

Qualtrics: There are no true annual raises. Compensation is relatively low even for external hires to high level roles. To just understand why we have the level of slaray we do compared to other companies like us would be a start to make us feel better about compensation.

BlueLine Rental: Unpleasant. There is no training and no real definitive job description. Safety is not a priority.

Atlantic Aviation: I worked for Atlantic for about 2 years and during that time I was appalled by how incompentent my managers were. There was a serious HR issue that needed addressing, but we were never given a direct line to our HR representative and our managers made sure of that.
PROforma: They seem to give a realistic view of what is expected.

Houzz: Full of promise yet lack of ability to achieve it. Declining morale has made working here excruciating as you either realize the wasted potential or don't care and coast while you vest stock (since it's incredibly hard to get fired - the founder are sheepish when it comes to getting rid of people).
City Year: We are paid 12,000 year pre-tax for 50+ hr/weeks
Qualtrics: Still felt like I was drinking from a fire hose, despite the fact that I was already expecting it. It's hard to keep up with my own excitement about all the value we can unlock for customers, much less my actual work

Qualtrics: Overall, positive. I really believe in Qualtrics as a company and product. There are times when Qualtrics acts like a scrappy startup and has limited resources and other times when they put themselves as the category king. The mixture of both give a good perspective to employees.

It has a laser sharp focus on what's important, but makes sure to not overburden their workforce to accomplish these goals. The leadership team is very communicative, which is very admirable.
