Crestron Electronics: Company is out of touch with customers. We rely on dealers, some good some bad. The end user is rarely part of the equation. Our products are solid, but the installation and application varies by dealer. It is Crestron's reputation to the end user that is ignored.
SThree: The leadership team, specifically the CFO and other board of directors could value the employees more. Dedicated people who've added significant value to the global business through the IT and marketing functions could be treated with more respect, not expendable assets despite all our contributions
