They care about one another and although we have high expectations, it is encouraging to know that we have each others back to ensure we make progress together. Even through stressful situations, they still support and help.

Atlassian: Salary and equity grants are not competitive to local markets. Women and minorities get paid significantly less. There is a pay gap of $40,000 difference between a white male and me for the exact same role, team, tenure and industry experience.
