tray.io: First week here, but from where I sit, the leadership team does a great job of keeping up the energy, and they seem to be rather transparent about why certain decisions are being made.
Eargo: Eargo has always prided itself on the best customer support and also supporting it's employees.
tray.io: Experience has been a bit of a rollercoaster. There has been a lack of direction, especially for someone that's new. Not having a manager for a long time was also hard to navigate simple things, and Nate had a lot on his plate. Excited for the people & process we are putting in place now.
Stash: I've learned a lot more in 3 months here than I would have a year in other jobs. I'm constantly finding new ways to change or improve things and have the freedom tom pursue them

LSO: I need my W2 form and no one will answer the phone.
Clutter: Customer service and general business practices. They bring customers in for a low rate and within 6 months change pricing drastically and refuse to honor any previous discounts or agreements and change their terms and conditions frequently. They were not willing to work with customers.
Alida: Very positive. I'm new but happy to be here and I expect to experience success and career advancement along with company growth. I can see being here for a long time if all continues to go well.

This breaks tests, performances and the people in onCall suffers with endless night calls. We are agile, but no proper ticketing is used. but people is great!
