Responsive: The experience for a start-up has been pretty great the first 10 months. I think right now we are in a huge growing push and that has caused a lot of change that may have been too fast. I also think our company goals should be more S.M.A.R.T goals. I do not feel they are attainable right now.

Barry's: Barry's is a great place to work! The atmosphere is fast paced and has a start up vibe, although the company is 20+ years old. The executive team is open minded and always willing to listen to employee concerns. A lot of changes have been made over the past year to encourage diversity.

It mostly left up to the individual to set boundaries in order to achieve work/life balance.
