ThomasARTS: It's been so great. My work life balance is not ideal, but I tend towards working more than others, it is something that I love. I need to work on that and the agency has supported me and others with improved processes to support work/life balance.
ThomasARTS: It's been fairly fast paced but with little direction from supervisors or management, which makes it very stressful. I feel like the company as a whole does what it can to treat employees fairly, but my department sometimes seems so busy that you feel isolated and alone.

Choice Home Warranty: My company has had the WORST EXPERIENCE with CHW. We work with over 50 warranty companies and Choice is by far the most unprofessional warranty company. They will approve repairs and never I repeat NEVER pay for the repairs. UNETHICAL COMPANY!!!

Company policy does not make sense nor does management communicate updates to their employees. If you have something that is bothering you, please don't tell anyone they will scold.

Sandals Resorts: There is a lack of autonomy and decision making power. The organisational structure is too rigid with too many links in the chain of command, often making it difficult to make simple decisions. There is a lack of investment in training and the finance department is very stingy.

MRO: They do not properly train their employees to release medical records. Actually, no one is certified/licensed at their locations to release medical records! Their new trainer talked about her acrylic nails more than teaching us what we needed to succeed on job! Lots of bullies and favoritism.

The growth phase we are in leads to challenges however they are all positive and foster career growth!
