Cleo: My experience has gone well. There is a lack of diversity and inclusion and its not targeted in recruiting efforts.
Bankers Healthcare Group: BHG has great benefits and overall culture. Like any company it has areas of opportunity and growth. Pay scale is good. They really do try to train their managers to be Leaders vs Managers and hope to grow their teams in that way. Good flexibility with WFH!

Alida: The people are great. The work is rewarding. I do love it. However, it is also exhausting and I don't have work/life balance. I need more help / people. I enjoy the fast pace in general, but I dread taking time off of work because it means even longer days when I return.
NutriSystem: Great food if you can get it. Order processing and shipping delays prevent you from getting your food on time. You can wait up to two weeks which throws you off plan. They just tell you to use flex meals to substitute. This feels like a company that's failing or going out of business.
Therapy Brands: While there are times that can be stressful, these are not the norm. I am very happy with the company and refer friends and family often to become part of it.

Cleo: The mission statement, values presented by Cleo, and member support are wonderful, but the Guide Team is massively undervalued, underpaid, and management is extremely ineffective in certain areas.

Cleo: I really value the service that we offer to the members, and feel honored to be able to give this service. I am totally burning out with the workload needed in the time allocated. It is unstainable. My manager does offer much help with this, but her help is limited by her own load.

Cleo: I love Cleo! My primary point of contention, however, is our limited parental leave policy. I would love to see us be a leader in the field and offer a more competitive parental leave for our employees. We need to practice what we preach!
Stash: Strict adherence to salary ranges makes it difficult to compensate according to an individual's actual responsibilities (when they take on more than what their title implies)

Responsive: Anywhere you go in RFPIO is an opportunity to do great things in your career. Fast-paced growth comes with growing pains, but leadership is quick to respond and the atmosphere is worth it.
AlphaSights: Generally pretty good but tough work
Responsive: The microagressions are suffocating and there's no one to talk to about it. Everyone keeps saying that my issues, and the issues of former employees, are just isolated experiences. This is not a company that is safe for people of color. You are not seen here. You are not heard.
Responsive: Overall, RFPIO is a decent company with a good product, but we've lost a lot of good people who, like me, are frustrated with leadership. RFPIO needs to focus on listening to employee feedback and take retention seriously, because our turnover is notable.

RFPIO provides a healthy and supportive environment that encourages a work/life balance. it's reassuring and warming to know you can take any necessary time without being penalized. only suggestion would be unlimited PTO.
