Simplus: Performance bonus may be twice a year however compared to other companies it is quite small. Also the HMO provider / limit is not that great. Lastly I feel my salary isn't quite in the fair market .

One Workplace: There has been massive change. Things and processes are constantly changing. Different divisions have different beliefs about what it means to be successful. I would say recently that things seem to be getting better, but now the economy is not looking so good.

One Workplace: I like the Care Plus Mobile app, it's easy to use and fun to get paid for easy things I already do, like steps and going to the dentist.
Simplus: Just like any consulting firm, lipservice on all the internal stuff that sounds great but nobody really has time to actually do, so internal initiatives continue to delay because of billable hours always taking priority. Each weekend can't come fast enough to get away from insane project work.
One Workplace: Overall really positive but I do feel like there is some favoritism towards certain team members. I feel like sometimes newer team members are being more valued than the more senior team members, which is talked about. We need to invest in the people are dedicated and have invested in this company.

One Workplace: I think overall One workplace is trying to establish and pivot what the company will look like in the future however with that comes feelings of uncertainty. While that is the overall pulse of the economic climate, there's still the feeling of, "but will happen to me?" "when will that happen to me?"

One Workplace: Everyone outside my account is nice. Everyone within the account should not be working for this company. i know about 10 of them just sit in the office and talk or watch ,movies but some how are allowed. While I have to keep track of so much and if I miss one thing I get in trouble.
