AEVEX Aerospace: Aevex is a great company to work for, the only issue is with the IKAHNA executives that still run this division of Aevex. They show a lack of care for the employees. An example of this is hangers that have no AC even though in the summer the temperature gets routinely above 110 degrees outside.

I'm not a robot and neither are my fellow employees. I speak when spoken too and laugh when something is funny.

Kantata: As an engineer it's been great working at Kantata. We get to solve fun and challenging problems and work with a team that cares. The only thing I'd change is that often individual contributors don't get the recognition or credit they deserve.

Kantata: Amazing people who all strive to make the company, each other and our customers better. I joined less than a year ago and am so impressed. Great managers, transparency from the top, plus great perks overall. Also great that we have offices but also many employees who are fully remote.

Niantic: Niantic uses bots and/or automated customer service with limited responses. Products difficult for disabled to use. Two major social media campaigns to get Niantic's attention; Niantic hasn't acted quickly to remedy. Their apps are often filled with bugs, fixing one breaks another component.

Roku: Customer Service. There is a problem that the Roku device suddenly does not recognize the internet connection available., although it has been working for months if not years. Nothing with the internet connection has changed. This is very annoying. I am going to compalin to the BBB.
Textron: Overall the experience has been up and down. It took me 5 years of working on the assembly line in order to get a professional job. The journey to get the first professional job was pretty difficult. There was no path or nobody to help make the career switch.

Drees Homes: Nothing. The company should just go out of business and save us the heartache. Their product has been sub par for the price, their customer service has a complete disaster and their subs doing the actual work don't know what to do. We've escalated our complaints and nothing has happened differently.

Kantata: 15 months on on the merger journey and we are still trying to find our way. Customer experience is at the forefront of everything we do and there is little being addressed for staff.
Outbrain: Some people are great and try to push you and get you into a better position but the salaries are atrocious and don't even cover the living expenses in Ljubljana, Slovenia a lot of people are pushed into poverty. Why should you be trying hard for a company that just takes advantage of you?
