Symmetry Financial Group: We have a beautifully diverse workforce and everyone partakes in the positive culture that is generated from the top down. Personal development is key to keeping our culture current and caring.
AEVEX Aerospace: I love my program, I have a large skill set and variety of expertise. I can fit many different roles and have the customer requirements to do so however I see little effort from HR or talent aquistion to solicite to internal canidates. I wish their was more nformation on other programs/pojects avail
RWS Group: We cannot meet expectations of our customers with regards to timelines because we ourselves cannot predict if our IT systems will be functioning at any given time in order to complete tasks.
Ministry Brands: I love the work and my immediate co-workers but my contributions to the company go utterly unnoticed and that makes me feel like I am not appreciated. My salary is underwhelming when comparing it to my peers.
Haynes Furniture: The pay and job security should increase with seniority.
Ministry Brands: I perceive the company as money hungry and only beneficial to those on top. I've been used, chewed up, and thrown away countless times.
