I love the work and my immediate co-workers but my contributions to the company go utterly unnoticed and that makes me feel like I am not appreciated. My salary is underwhelming when comparing it to my peers.

Very good. I was given a bad review once that was completely baseless (Ask anyone but the person who wrote it) because I sent an email to their supervisor detailing poor decisions that had been made. It broke my heart but I have tried to repair that relationship. I guess I find out soon.

My co-workers are simply a terrific group of people. The core group I count among my closest friends.

As my role has expanded substantially while I have been here for almost 4 years, I would like more money.

I love the work and my team. I am very fortunate to get to do something I am so passionate about.

It makes an honest effort to be inclusive to everyone. Most people have a very positive attitude and are genuinely kind and grateful to be here.

I like the focus on building a better collection of products while better serving our clients and I feel that we are a better company than a year ago.

I love the work. I really do. I never dread it. I also think a lot of my co-workers & when we all produce a win it feels good.
Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?
I am undervalued and my workload compared to others in my field is much larger. I practically took a pay cut last year with inflation and a tiny raise despite my work responsibilities expanding greatly.

I work well with all of them and we all get along very well. We are pretty like-minded overall and I feel like there is no weak link. It's a group of great people with which to work.
