I can really only speak to my immediate leadership team. However, they always ensure we are aware if company happenings in a time-sensitive manner. They are also very reaponsive to emails and questions, which is nice

We work and an ops floors with multiple contracts. I know other people who do a lesser job get paid much more money. I believe our company is not as competitive when it comes to salary
