The leadership is out of touch with the worlerw that are working at the lower levels of the conpany. AEVEX appears to be posturing themselves to be top heavy and more interetaed in investors more than providing top notch service to DoD.

Working with the internal AEVEX and Military team members is a positive experience. Building stronger relationships and ensuring everyone feels equally valued and included across all teams, including the CIV team members and AEVEX contractors, would further enhance collaboration.
One of the best things about our team is the strong sense of trust, collaboration and support we have built with each other over the last three years. We celebrate each other's wins and support each other during all of the challenges along the way in order to support the mission.
The communication and consistent help from others in my team. We are also on the same page all the time which is great.
Communication and a higher level of understanding about choices that affect others. An example would be program decisions that do not include affected persons that are rolled out with no feedback. Teams become reactionary to negative affects.

Communicating with my team and traveling to assist others in completing essential tasks.
The most fulfilling aspects of work include collaboration with colleagues on internal AEVEX and Military teams. The positive environment and shared purpose within these groups contribute to a strong working dynamic.
I feel like when I come to work every day it is not a normal 9-5 job, I come in actually feeling like I am making a difference in the world even though I am on the support end of everything it is nice to know we are all one big team trying to succeed together to support the war fighters.
