I like the level of care they have for the work that everyone is doing/their appreciation.
They're forward looking, data driven, and want to see results. It doesn't have to be perfect, but it's got to get done and it's got to be the best we can do. I like that they encourage everyone to speak up and provide input. I quickly felt like a true member of the team.
Their willingness to review policies and process for how they impact employees
1. Invest in tools that increase prodtucity and lesson the human in the loop. 2. Make business based decisions faster and without emotion. 3. Identify short comings and develop a plan with a schedule to resolve them.
Insurance coverage and leave accrual are wonderful. I also plan to utilize the continuing ed money this year.

I enjoy the $25 fitness expense covered for me each month.
Pay is nice, but at this point I'm more focused on the raise and bonus process/package. I feel like I'm quickly proving myself and want to see that valued by the company.
minimal contribution for health care
I know that I am worth more than I am paid. I started very very low, position and pay, and while I very quickly moved up in positions, my wages did not keep up.
More $$ always makes me feel better. Overall I'm OK for now
i dont believe i am being paid fairly for the amount of hours i work and the dedication i have to the company. i think after a certain amount of time raises should be given out no matter what. You cant expect someone to be paid the same amount for 7 years and not expect something at some point....
Overall I can't complain, but I did go for some time without any discussion about compensation despite questions. More information about the path moving forward is needed.
Salary increase or at least fair market rate
We are all a family of intelligent people that have a mission focused mentality. We can get the work done while enjoying the day to day together.

My team is very tight knit and I feel as though my manager cares about my work and my being.
They're all very willing to step up and help me, answer questions, and get to know me. While we're all friendly to each other, we're all very driven and focused on our work too. So I don't always have to incorporate small talk when I need something.
