As a new employee, I am very impressed with the people and the culture. I have quickly adopted the company values and am excited to be a part of the rapid growth happening here. I imagine I'll be able to grow my career here and stay a long time.
Getting a new challenge and being able to help my team.
Getting things accomplished and making a valuable contribution to the team.
The united effort to get things done, share the wins with the team, and encouragement to speak up/share input.
Everyone seems very comfortable to be themselves. I also like being able to quickly call or message someone to get answers, instead of only relying on emails.
Pay is nice, but at this point I'm more focused on the raise and bonus process/package. I feel like I'm quickly proving myself and want to see that valued by the company.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I've been able to ask them questions and get assistance without feeling like I'm burdening them. They are also very expressive of their appreciation and excitement on me joining the team.
I've only been here about 4 weeks... But so far, I've been very impressed with their friendliness, candor, and propensity to get things done. They all seem really passionate about what they do, and I really respect that.
I've always been very underpaid for my skills, so I really appreciate the consideration that went into paying me a competitive salary, and not just the lowest you could get away with. This does a lot to retain me, because compensation is the ultimate form of appreciation.
They're all very willing to step up and help me, answer questions, and get to know me. While we're all friendly to each other, we're all very driven and focused on our work too. So I don't always have to incorporate small talk when I need something.
They're forward looking, data driven, and want to see results. It doesn't have to be perfect, but it's got to get done and it's got to be the best we can do. I like that they encourage everyone to speak up and provide input. I quickly felt like a true member of the team.
