What I like best about the leadership team is that they are always driven to growing the company and improving. They also do a good job at recognizing hard workers.

Too new to judge. Turnover has been high. All seem competant and have a clear vision for where we need to get.

In the 4 years I have been here, I have had exactly a $2/hr pay rate increase. This is far far less than almost everybody else in the company. I may not be the most amazing employee ever, but there is no way am I the worst either. Its demeaning and demoralizing.

At Ikhana needs to be more of a leader not a bully

The best part is that it feels competitive and fair for the work I do, and it comes with great perks like a nice facility, gym access, snacks, and overall strong support for employees.

My immediate team is phenomenal. Finance and Accounting are have very sharp personnel who know how to do things properly. Our personalities also get along.
