My role with AEVEX is by far my most positive work experience to date. I briefly left the organization and came back for a reason. They are committed to developing their workforce, willing to learn for missteps, and always remain committed to the mission.

Pay equity within the team. The company leverages pay bands for positions but there are clear inequities.

The overall commitment to the culture. It isn't just words. The company, at all levels remains dedicated to our culture

The work is challenging and fast past, but rewarding. Leaders make your value known and encourage a healthy work life balance

Too new to judge. Turnover has been high. All seem competant and have a clear vision for where we need to get.

No two days are the same. Every day is a learning opportunity and no matter the challenges the whole team remains committed to executing the program

The challenges that come with it. No two days are the same and there is a never ending list of things needing to be accomplished. I enjoy a heavy workload

I had to leave the company and then come back to get my compensation to where it is at. Newly hired PMs are hired on at that same rate and have a smaller workload.

I appreciate that our culture encourages collaboration and problem-solving, even when challenges come up. The environment is supportive and allows me to stretch beyond my role, which has given me opportunities to learn and grow.

I often feel undervalued because the amount of work I take on is very heavy, but there isn’t always a clear focus or prioritization. I put in long hours and give my best effort, yet it sometimes fee
