What makes you most happy at work?
My team makes me happy! I work with the very best of the best and it shows!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really like the professional development funds of $5,250 per year. This has paved the way for me to earn my MBA without all of the extra student debt!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
"Ask the CEO" is an anonymous forum where the CEO answers any and all questions from team members. This level of transparency is unheard of in any of my previous companies.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is amazing. We all care about each other and genuinely try to be helpful and compassionate to each other. There's a ton of respect, trust, and integrity in our interactions.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interviewing, at least the first stages, is the same standardized format for everyone from admin to C suite. It's reassuring that everyone is treated fairly, and with the same experience with the hiring managers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People show up with a good attitude and work hard. There's not a lot of complaining or negativity. I can count on people to address issues head on without all of the gossip and back-channeling that happens at other companies.
