Not only do they lead from the front but they listen as well
I appreciate most about the leadership team is their transparency and accessibility. They communicate the company’s vision clearly, listen to feedback, and ma
They let you do your job without micromanaging
Openness, responsive to the needs of employees.
I appreciate the knowledge, experience, and strong decision-making skills of my direct manager. Where I sometimes struggle is in understanding the rationale behind decisions made by other leaders.
Company goals are not widely known or dispersed. Information disseminated from VPs or higher are very little to nonexistent.
Securing contracts and providing us work so we can stop letting good employees go.
Providing information on company goals and providing a clearer line on the organization of the company, especially with the Org changes made within the past 6 months.
I believe it would benefit the organization to bring on additional qualified managers with proven experience in the aviation and aerospace industries. Offer current managers enhanced management training to help improve their approachability and communication skills
Communication and team building. Shop employees all get along well and so do the shop managers. Its the office managers that cause the low retention rate.
I believe they are fair and they do meet my needs
The best part about the compensation package is the comprehensive medical and dental coverage.
The cost of medical benefits.
Fairness to the employee. Thx
Everything as a whole is great, I couldn't just pick one
Of course, pay is always a factor, and more of it is desired. Sometimes additional duties or helping others becomes excessive with no pay compensation.
I was originally hired to handle 1 building and now I am handling 5 without much of an increase. I am still well below what the job was posted for over 2 years ago
I don't believe my job title/pay match my actual role.

Thank you for your feedback. This is a conversation you should have with your direct supervisor.
I interviewed for a higher title and salary. When I received the job offer, the title was lower and salary cut by $20-30K with no communication beforehand whatsoever. It's still not clear to me why this happened, but I didn't have another choice at time of job acceptance.
I am underpaid based off my job description that holds two titles. Those two titles put me at a lower pay scale despite performing two separate jobs.
Very friendly work environment and allow me room to grow
Very cohesive, fun, hardworking, and compatible.
Our buyer team excels at combining deep market expertise with strategic negotiation skills, ensuring we secure the best prices and terms without compromising quality
They always work to fulfill the task no matter what it takes
Eager Fun getting the job done.
They don't really seem to care much about the department or the mission of the company. None of us really speak to each other so that could improve as well.
None of my coworkers want to work here either and complain about pay, responsibilities, and overall team energy, effort, etc. It's a depressing environment overall.
Staying busy with the tasks at hands and minimize cell phone use during working hours.
We need leadership, boundaries, documented procedures, meaningful training
All inclusive and forward thinking
Most of the employees are or were military. That creates a very disciplined work environment.
One of the most positive aspects of the culture and environment at our company is the strong sense of collaboration and support among team members.
It is goal oriented and keeps workers driven to complete the goals
Honest Integrity Fun Openness Willing
Training should be mandatory for management. also, building up the team instead of hiring outside. We should be getting trained more instead of having to got out and pay for courses and wait to be reimbursed.
The friend groups between management and subordinates needs to cease. It is creating a miserable work environment for those who aren't involved in the friend groups. Those who stick to themselves are treated differently.
It's not the AEVEX that is the issue, but some of the others we work with.

Always busy and makes the day go fast.
Seeing my team and most of the time knowing beforehand what to expect.
Overcoming procurement challenges, such as supply chain disruptions or limited inventory, and finding innovative solutions can be intellectually rewarding
the people that work here
There is always something new to learn.
It's just not as fun and positive as it used to be when I started here.
Consumed with go-go-go, instead of following the processes. AEVEX keeps laying people off - it sucks the life out of the vibe/culture. Usually, employees get raises every 12 months - doesn't happen here. Work/life balance disappeared during Atlas push. Employees were rewarded with loss of snacks.
My leadership has different standards and expectations for different team members. It can be improved by distributing work more evenly and applying expectations fairly.
Leadership out of touch with production teams. They make unrealistic promises and expect production to stop whatever life they have outside of work to satisfy whatever deal they make. Leadership continues to bypass processes that cause future problems for other areas to fix.
Not being utilized to the full potential. Given proper training for the tasks given. Getting away from the tribal knowledge and stick to policies and procedures.
