Every time I have a chance to be around someone in leadership, I feel that they genially care about me and are more like a friend then a boss.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was originally hired to handle 1 building and now I am handling 5 without much of an increase. I am still well below what the job was posted for over 2 years ago
