I've been working at Ross for a year now and I like my job. I work in stocking and or cashier or any other job they ask but the Managers Not Assisting managers here don't know how to talk to their employees so that makes them want to Quit. District managers want to praise them but noooo.

Always come to work on time. Never call out. Stay to help when someone else doesn't come in. Asked for a raise and still nothing after going above and beyond to do my best for the company
