WE all work well together- have compatible personalities. Arguments are very rare, and discussions are easy. Everyone has, and gives, respect.

Our team is close knit, and there are almost no "personality conflicts" or "office politics." Everyone knows their job and does it well, and everyone is collegial, if not friends.

There's lot of good thing and honestly, it's hard to pick just one, but the medical package is certainly top notch. We paid only $100 out of pocket for a premature birth and NICU stay that ostensibly cost hundreds of thousands of dollars.

The company takes great efforts at building a team atmosphere. It's cliché to say that everyone is treated like family- and that's not exactly the case as thousands work here, but there is certainly an effort to make sure that everyone knows the company w
