I love my daily experiences with Sephora, but I feel they don’t care about my career advancement.

I believe the leadership team needs to stop talking about other people behind their backs and just ignore the problems. Unless it really effects all of us (staff members) then it's better to confront them later instead of gossiping during work and not paying attention to the customers.
