Overall my experience has been positive working here. Every job has it's drama and days you want to leave. For me, it's never been so much where I felt the need to look for jobs elsewhere. The positives definitely outweigh the negatives.

Dental Benefits are excellent and a real game changer as it makes the medical side of premiums and deductibles easier to handle and manage. It's a good give and take.

I enjoy the transparency. There are no hidden agendas everything is up front and honest. Even if it is brutally honest, they want to talk it thru and have discussions about it to make sure everyone is on board.

Our team is uplifting and always on board to assist or come up with ideas on how to assist. We do not do the same things or necessarily have the same processes but we can have the same struggles and they are an excellent sounding board.

There are a lot of unknowns that happen in my day. Even though it keeps me on my toes and busy I always fear what is going to drop on us today, who is going to be mad at us or what crazy things are going to come up that we do not have control over. Last to find out but heavily impacted kind of thing
