My overall experience has been awesome. The support is outstanding. Feeling like I can speak to people like Tanisha Wicker, Brad Schmidt, Christy Englehart, Latecia and Dr. AJ and not be judged but that they truly care is what makes my experience unlike anywhere I have worked in my 35 year career

Working with new providers and staff in integration and introducing our culture to each office and helping them be part of our family.

Leadership is very invested in your growth. Creating plans that help you take the next step. One of the things that I have not seen in previous employee's is that they are also interested in your personally.

My medical is excellent and the HSA is a great program. I have always appreciated he 401K but with the match it pushes it over the top. I feel that my compensation is very fair for my position.

My Leadership has changed throughout the years and again jut recently. Each change has been even more supportive than the previous. In the short time that I have been reporting to my new supervisor I feel like he is very supportive and inclusive.

I work with multiple teams, M & A, Integration, Leadership and Business Support. Everyone is very supportive to the team itself and the acquisition office's. Communication is key for integration and Support and Business Support is always there to help and provide guidance.
La cosa più positiva della cultura e l'ambiente presso la tua azienda?
"Smiles for Everyone" is always true and alive with Smile Brands and it is evident in support. A lot of things have happened in my life in the last two years with COVID, cultural unrest and now economic and the things that help me sleep at night is the fact that I am with a company that supports.
Che cosa ti rende più felice sul posto di lavoro?
I love working with people who care and for the last 23 years I feel that this has always been the case. The support both work wise and emotionally has always been there. I have always said I would never work for a company for has long as I have if I couldn't trust and that is not the case here.
