They listen and proactively ask for our input on various projects. It's nice to be heard and it's nice to know the leadership team cares about everyone, regardless of title.

The team I'm on will always help out when needed. You can email or call them, and they'll be right there. There's a wealth of knowledge on the team, and it's nice to be able to learn from others and improve on processes based on learning.

You typically get to meet everyone on the team, and the questions asked are asked to see if everyone would work well together. The interview process feels like the company really cares about how well people work together, and cares about how you can contribute working here.

Our company strives to provide a positive and fun culture for everyone. I love hearing stories from the field teams about how they made a patient smile, or how a patient made them smile because they were grateful for the care they received. It's little things that make it a positive environment.

While I love this company and am loyal to it, it's disappointing and discouraging to see that my similar role in other companies in the same area pays so much higher. When you know you work hard and you know you have proven yourself, it would be nice to be paid fairly for it.

Having a manager who trusts you to manage your own projects with minimal supervision because they know you'll do the right thing. I also enjoy that the company has let us continue to work from home. The amount of stress that was lifted from me with this change has made me a happier person overall.
