I appreciate that the leadership team is so down to earth. In previous companies I have worked at, it did not feel like you could talk to the leadership team and it definitely did not feel like they would listen. Sterling works to tear down the silos which in turn makes our company better.

Overall, I've been able to immerse myself in a diverse set of projects and operationally processes without much 'red tape'. I'm empowered to run projects end to end and get to do so with a wonderful team, I feel supported daily and empowered to grow into my next role.
