
Understanding the issues we go though and actually trying to fix them instead of bandaiding them or just saying it's part of it.
Need to route better so we aren't constantly working 12+ hours and need to have more help in the case of a breakdown or being behind because of issues at an account
Routing is terrible, work load can be lighter. Listen to the employees, we still use OFS delivery system and have been told we will not be changing over to cool lift which would greatly help with some of the issues we run into at certain accounts. Most issues are not resolved but covered up.
