    Too short staffed, competing pressures to DO ALL THE THINGS, but resources to do it.

  • Our company is so large that's it's hard to say what I would do for the overall company culture. For my department culture, I would love to see more opportunities created for employees to get together for fun activities, both inside and outside of working hours.

  • Good health plan.

  • The usual, though with less and less company participation in costs (such as medical) over the years. There's a 401(k) match, but the chosen fund investments are anything but impressive.

  • 3 months off for paternity leave - the rest are common in most corporations

    Offshore development teams of contractors (Bellarus in particular) seem to be growing. Unable to find talent in the US markets willing to work for the rates they offer.

  • A look at the stock shows that TR isn't a stellar performer, and never has been. Reorganizations are as regular as lunch. Another occurred this week, with the sacking of the head of Legal. I did the same work over a multi-year period, and my job title and department location changed a dozen times, at least. There's not a good feeling that management knows what it's doing.

  • Dead.

  • Morale is low. The amount of work accomplished is astonishing, given how little most employees want to be there. That should be a credit to them, but it is not recognized by the company.

  • 3 weeks vacation, 6 sick days, 2 volunteer days, 3-4 floating holidays (depending on year), and all major holidays. Increases to 4 weeks vacation at 5 years.

  • In sales, the amount of Admin. work never ends anymore. They've cut a lot of support jobs, but the technology isn't working well and the management team is not focused on addressing problems.

  • Low in some areas that are underappreciated or not geographically favored. Probably much higher in sales where treatment is more respectful and performance ins incentivized
