I've never worked for a company I've enjoyed more. I find myself constantly waiting for the other shoe to drop and something to go wrong, and here we are four years later. My experience here has been extremely positive, and challenging.

The unified vision and communication, and that my leadership team all the way to the top actually listens to and actions feedback. They walk the walk.

The compensation package is competitive. The benefits offered are comprehensive and inclusive. I am hopeful, now that Topgolf is a Callaway company, that employee stock programs are on the way.

Everyone on my team (and honestly across teams and departments) will jump in to help solve any issue or innovate new ideas. Everyone is kind, compassionate and takes ownership of their role.

The people team constantly re-evaluates the package to improve it year over year. The only thing I'd change is I'd like to see profit sharing and stock options become a part of the package.

The leadership team at Topgolf is transparent, honest, thoughtful and responsive. They make a genuine effort to be better every single day, and I'm privileged to have the opportunity to learn from them to grow my career.

I have not worked with a more supportive, dedicated or talented team in my career. The entire team has a real sense of ownership and works extremely hard to do the right thing for Topgolf, and each other.

The culture continues to evolve and we've been able to maintain it through this shift into remote work pretty effectively. Leadership actively engages playmakers to make sure that culture is felt in every aspect of what we do.

The relationships and challenges. I enjoy the people at Topgolf. Every associate seems to live for the core values, including leadership. When everyone around you cares, it's hard not to be happy. The challenges make the work interesting and have opened doors to many opportunities in technology.

The culture and environment are fantastic at Topgolf. Even through the pandemic, the entire company came together to keep that culture alive and well, and even found new ways to engage associates across the offices and venues. It's refreshing to see a company put so much stock into culture.
